abstract | The present invention relates to a sheet- or plate-shaped polyolefin, which is called corrugated, has almost no uneven waviness appearing in the width direction, has high thickness accuracy, is smooth and has a good appearance, has excellent self-supporting rigidity, and has excellent buffering properties. An object of the present invention is to provide a resin extruded foam. A base resin is a mixed resin of (A) 5 to 40% by weight of a polystyrene resin and (B) 60 to 95% by weight of a polyethylene resin (provided that the sum of (A) and (B) is 100% by weight), wherein the foam has an average thickness of 5 mm or more, an apparent density of 15 to 48 g / L, and an average number of cells of the foam of at least 350 cells / cm. In 3 , when the thickness is measured at regular intervals in a vertical cross section perpendicular to the extrusion direction, there is no periodic thickness fluctuation, or a cycle represented by a value obtained by dividing the maximum value of the thickness in one cycle by the minimum value.
