abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a drug carrier which can safely and efficiently introduce a gene substance drug or a diseased part of a cell. A succinyl-modified polyglycidol unit (a), a long-chain alkyl group-containing unit (b) and an unmodified polyglycidol unit (c) defined by the following formulas (a) to (c): (A): (b): (c) = 40 to 95 mol%: 0 to 30 mol%: 0 to 30 mol% (provided that the total of each unit of (a) to (c) is 100 mol%) A drug carrier comprising succinylated polyglycidol in a quantitative ratio and a histone deacetylase inhibitor. Preferably, a composite drug carrier of a lipoplex and a liposome containing a lipoplex containing a histone deacetylase inhibitor containing the succinylated polyglycidol as a membrane component.
