titleOfInvention Chip-shaped solid electrolytic capacitor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the curvature of an anode base by providing a step in the projection of a lead frame to prevent the anode base from being bent, when connecting a capacitor element and a protrusion of a lead frame. Provided is a chip-shaped solid electrolytic capacitor which is inexpensive and has a good leakage current value without manufacturing an expensive mold for this purpose. SOLUTION: A semiconductor layer and a conductor layer are sequentially provided on the dielectric oxide film layer of a flat plate-shaped anode substrate having an anode portion provided at an end and having a dielectric oxide film layer on the surface. A solid electrolytic capacitor element, a first lead connected to the anode, and a second lead connected to the conductor layer, leaving a part of the first and second leads. A chip-shaped solid electrolytic capacitor sealed with an external resin, wherein the second lead connected to the conductor layer, wherein the anode portion and the first lead are electrically connected via a plurality of metal wires. And a chip-shaped solid electrolytic capacitor sealed with an exterior resin while leaving a part of the first and second leads. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
