titleOfInvention Automatic specimen preparation equipment
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic sample preparation apparatus which can automatically perform from smearing to staining even with a small number of samples without waste of a staining solution, and has a high degree of freedom in handling and controlling a slide glass. The automatic specimen preparation apparatus D includes a smearing section 1, a cassette 2 as a storage body, a transport section 3, a storage operation section 4, a staining section 5, and a storage section 6. The smearing section 1 smears blood on the slide glass for specimen 10. The cassette 2 includes a storage portion capable of storing one slide glass 10 and a staining solution, and a hanging support portion connected to the storage portion. The transport unit 3 transports the cassette 2 set detachably. The storage operation unit 4 stores the smeared slide glasses 10 one by one in the cassette 2. The staining section 5 stains the smeared slide glass 10. The storage unit 6 stores the cassette 2 in which the stained slide glass 10 is stored. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
