abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for determining the efficacy of an anticancer drug, which can more accurately determine the efficacy of the anticancer drug, and a determination kit used for the method. When judging the efficacy of an anticancer drug, particularly a tyrosine kinase inhibitor, the presence form of the Jab1 protein is confirmed using the Jab1 protein as an index for the judgment. Such a form includes a Jab1 small complex having a molecular weight of 120 kDa. By confirming the expression of the p27 protein, a type sensitive to the efficacy of the anticancer agent can be more accurately determined. [Selection diagram] None |
