titleOfInvention | Method for preventing discoloration of resin molded article, resin molded article for preventing discoloration, and method for producing the same |
abstract | The present invention provides a method for preventing discoloration of a resin molded product, which can remove and / or prevent discoloration of the resin molded product, a discoloration preventing resin molded product that hardly causes discoloration, and a method for manufacturing the same. A discoloration preventing method is provided in which a discoloration preventing agent (2) is applied to a resin molded product (1) containing an antioxidant to remove or / and prevent discoloration of the resin molded product (1). Further, the present invention provides a discoloration-preventing resin molded product which is less likely to undergo discoloration over time and its manufacture. The method for producing a discoloration preventing resin molded article includes a molding step of molding a resin molded article 1 containing an antioxidant, and an application step of applying a discoloration preventing agent 2 to the resin molded article 1. The discoloration inhibitor 2 is obtained by dissolving an organic acid 25 in a polar solvent 23, and the organic acid 25 satisfies at least one of the following requirements (a) and (b). Requirement (a): Acid dissociation constant pKa is 4.5 or less, Requirement (b): Redox potential is +200 mV or less. [Selection] Figure 2 |
