titleOfInvention | Method of forming fine particle aggregate |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method for easily forming a fine particle aggregate regularly arranged at a target portion on a base material. The fine particle dispersion covers at least a part of the hydrophilic region on the substrate using a fine particle dispersion prepared so that the absolute value of the zeta potential on the surface of the fine particles is 10 mV or more. In other words, the droplet 20 is dropped on the substrate 10 to form a droplet 20, the droplet 20 is transferred onto the hydrophilic region 18, and then the droplet 20 is dried to form the hydrophilic region 18. A fine particle aggregate 26 composed of the fine particles 22 was formed thereon. [Selection] Figure 2 |
