abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a distribution system for providing valuable personalized information in a timely manner via a computer based on women's menstrual data. SOLUTION: The present invention uses a phase specifying means for specifying a phase in a menstrual cycle based on a user's menstrual data, and stores the phase specified by the phase specifying means as a search term in an information database. This is possible by providing a search unit for searching for personal information from the obtained phase classification information and profile classification information, and a distribution unit for distributing the searched personal information.
