abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a flame-retardant crosslinked resin foam having high flexibility and good heat resistance as well as flame retardancy. A hydrogenated α-olefin obtained by hydrogenating a copolymer of α-olefin and butadiene with respect to 100 parts by weight of a resin matrix component comprising 55% by weight or more of a polypropylene resin and 45% by weight or less of a polyethylene resin. A crosslinked foam obtained by crosslinking and foaming a resin composition containing 3 to 180 parts by weight of an olefin / butadiene copolymer and containing a flame retardant, wherein a compression hardness index of 25% is obtained.
