PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flake-form metal oxide containing dispersed fine gold particles, which has vivid color development, various colors, uniform coloring and high stability, and has excellent extensibility (spread) and excellent tactile sensation. It provides high quality cosmetics. SOLUTION: 0.01 to 30% by mass of fine gold particles containing as a main component at least one metal oxide selected from the group consisting of silicon oxide, titanium oxide, aluminum oxide and zirconium oxide and having a particle size of 1 to 300 nm. And a flaky metal oxide coloring agent having an average thickness of 0.1 to 2 μm and an aspect ratio of 5 to 150. |
