titleOfInvention |
Monoclonal antibody against histone H3 methylated (di-CH3) ninth lysine |
abstract |
The present invention provides a monoclonal antibody or a fragment thereof that specifically recognizes histone H3 in which Lys9 is methylated. Kind Code: A1 An eleven amino acid residue consisting of the 4th Lys to the 14th Lys, including the methylated 9th Lys of histone H3, is linked to KLH (keyhole limpet hemocyanin) via cysteine. This is injected into a mouse as an antigen, a spleen cell obtained from the mouse is used to prepare a hybridoma, and a monoclonal antibody is prepared from the hybridoma. [Selection diagram] None |
