Insulation method and insulated metal product |
abstract |
Provided are an insulating method capable of obtaining an insulating film having a high dielectric breakdown voltage by a simple method, and an insulated metal product obtained by the method. A step (I) of forming a first insulating film on a surface of an object using an insulating paint, and a step of forming a first insulating film formed in the step (I) on a coating defect portion of the first insulating film. A step (II) of forming a second insulating film by performing cationic electrodeposition coating using an electrodeposition paint, wherein the cation electrodeposition paint is directly reduced by electrons to make the hydrated functional group nonconductive. An insulating method comprising a resin composition from which a coating is deposited by the method. [Selection diagram] None |
