abstract | Kind Code: A1 The present invention generates a positive-phase signal and a negative-phase signal having almost no delay difference, and inputs each of the signals to a differential driver. A differential driver circuit that outputs a high-quality differential signal without causing a difference and with a short rise time and a short fall time is obtained.
