abstract Provided is an electromagnetic flow meter which can secure a seal of an electrode even when a lining of a measurement flow path is worn, and a seal surface of the electrode can be formed face-to-face, so that the seal has high reliability. A measuring pipe through which a measuring fluid flows, a cylindrical lining body lined on an inner diameter surface of the measuring pipe, and one end contacting the measuring fluid provided through the measuring pipe and the lining body. A column-shaped electrode, comprising: a conical column-shaped electrode seal body made of a sealing material and provided on an outer peripheral surface of the lining body, wherein the electrode penetrates a central axis, and a conical column-shaped electrode seal body. A socket whose inner surface is provided in contact with the peripheral surface and seals the flow of the measurement fluid out of the measurement tube and has a conical columnar shape, and a contact surface between the electrode seal body and the socket provided on the electrode.
