abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a means for analyzing a biologically relevant molecule captured by a probe type corresponding to a multi-item analysis, and recovering the molecule by the probe type. Kind Code: A1 A magnetic fine particle array composed of an array of glass beads with probes to which different types of DNA probes are fixed and magnetic fine particles in a capillary is fixed by a magnet. By operating the syringe pump and the three-way valve to reciprocate the sample solution in the magnetic fine particle array and react with the probe DNA on the glass beads with the probe, the washing solution is drawn in to wash the inside. Next, the fluorescence intensity of each bead is measured. Further, specific beads are collected from the result of the fluorescence measurement. The following analysis can be performed by peeling off the target molecule captured on the surface of the collected beads by heat denaturation. [Selection diagram] None |
