titleOfInvention | Electroless gold plating method |
abstract | An electroless gold plating film having a uniform thickness can be sufficiently prevented in the electroless gold plating process, and has a uniform thickness. Provided is an electroless gold plating method capable of obtaining good adhesion to a film. An electroless gold plating method including a displacement gold plating step and an electroless gold plating step, wherein a gold salt contained in the substitution gold plating solution and a gold salt contained in the electroless gold plating solution are of the same type. And the same type of complexing agent to be contained in the replacement gold plating solution and the complexing agent to be contained in the electroless gold plating solution are used. An electroless gold plating method characterized by performing a plating step. [Selection diagram] None |
