abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a biaxially stretched polyester film having uniform physical properties in the width direction and having excellent properties such as flexibility, transparency, and slipperiness. A simultaneous biaxially stretched polyester film comprising a dicarboxylic acid component, an aliphatic or alicyclic diol component, and a polyalkylene ether glycol component having a number average molecular weight of 300 to 4000 as main components. An alkylene glycol component is contained in the film in an amount of 10 to 35% by weight, an inert particle having an average particle diameter of 0.1 to 5.0 μm is contained in the film in an amount of 0.01 to 1.0% by weight. A biaxially oriented polyester film having a refractive index (nα) of 1.495 or more and a birefringence (Δn) in a range of 0 to 0.020 in a width direction of the film. [Selection diagram] None |
