PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve a problem that a mist is partially mixed into a supply gas in a separator, and accordingly, a decrease in battery performance and a stability cannot be ensured. The cell stack includes a hydrogen ion conductive polymer electrolyte membrane, a pair of electrodes sandwiching the electrolyte membrane, and a pair of conductive separators having a gas flow path for supplying and discharging a fuel gas or an oxidizing gas to the electrodes.
