abstract | The present invention relates to a fluid flow measuring device that measures the flow velocity and / or flow rate of a fluid such as air, gas, or water using an ultrasonic wave, and achieves improvement in measurement accuracy. SOLUTION: A sound wave transmitting / receiving means (21, 22) fixes a piezoelectric vibrator (35) to an inner surface of a case (36, 40), and a charge as an electric signal converting means at a position close to the piezoelectric vibrator (35) inside the case (36, 40). With the detection circuit built-in, the piezoelectric vibrator 35 and the electric circuit are built in the cases 36 and 40 in close proximity to each other, so that it is possible to withstand external noise and the distance between signal lines is shortened. Therefore, it is possible to realize stable and accurate flow velocity measurement and flow rate measurement that are resistant to a change over time and a characteristic change due to a temperature change.
