titleOfInvention | Light and thermosetting silphenylene composition and cured product thereof |
abstract | (A) Expression (1) Embedded image (R 1 , R 2 , R 3 , and R 4 are the same or different monovalent hydrocarbon groups having 1 to 10 carbon atoms, R 5 is an organic group having 50 or less carbon atoms, R 6 is an organic group having 30 or less carbon atoms, R 5 includes one or more acryl structures or methacryl structures, R 6 includes one or more oxirane ring structures, and n is an integer of 1 to 10.) A silphenylene compound having a (meth) acrylic structure and an oxirane ring, (B) a photopolymerization initiator, (C) A light and thermosetting silphenylene composition containing an epoxy curing agent. The light- and thermosetting silphenylene composition of the present invention gives a cured product by irradiation with light, and is further subjected to a heat treatment to obtain a cured product having high moisture resistance and heat resistance. Excellent mechanical properties. [Selection diagram] None |
