abstract | The present invention relates to a softener composition for a soft thermoplastic elastomer, a soft thermoplastic elastomer composition, particularly a gel having a hardness of 40 A or less at room temperature, excellent in moisture retention, and low in oil bleeding. Provided are a thermoplastic elastomer composition having excellent oil resistance and compression set, and a molded product thereof. SOLUTION: (a) 100 parts by weight of a softener for a non-aromatic hydrocarbon rubber, (c) 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a surfactant, and (d) 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide. (A) 100 parts by weight of a softener for a non-aromatic hydrocarbon rubber, (b) 3 to 110 parts by weight of a hydrogenated and / or partially hydrogenated block copolymer, c) a gel-like thermoplastic elastomer having a hardness at room temperature of 40 A or less, characterized by containing 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of a surfactant and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of an organic peroxide (d).
