[Effects] The (meth) acrylic group- and oxirane ring structure-containing silphenylene compound of the present invention are excellent in heat resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance (light resistance), mechanical properties and transparency, coating agents and potting. It is useful as a raw material monomer, reactive diluent, cross-linking agent, modifier, etc. for obtaining base polymers such as agents, adhesives, casting agents, paints, various protective agents, etc. It is expected that properties such as heat resistance, water resistance, moisture resistance, weather resistance (light resistance), curability and adhesiveness will be improved in various resins and their applications.
