titleOfInvention Ball for ball games and method of manufacturing the same
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a ball for ball games and a method for manufacturing the ball, which solves the inconvenience associated with the use of a conventional solvent-evaporating adhesive. Kind Code: A1 A carcass is formed by uniformly winding a nylon thread or a polyester thread on the surface of a rubber blaster to form a reinforcing layer, fixing the reinforcing layer thread with a natural rubber-based adhesive, and vulcanizing and bonding the carcass. An adhesive layer 2 is formed by applying a solventless reactive elastic adhesive to the surface of 1, and a skin 3 is bonded to the carcass 1 via the adhesive layer 2. As the solvent-free elastic adhesive, one having a hydrolyzable silyl group-containing polymer as a main component is used. [Selection] Figure 2
