titleOfInvention How to remove pesticide residues
abstract Provided is a method for removing residual agricultural chemicals, which can reliably and efficiently remove almost the entirety of agricultural chemicals remaining on agricultural products in a short time without impairing freshness and commercial value. SOLUTION: Almost the entirety of a crop A (for example, a soft vegetable such as spinach) in which the pesticide Z is used is immersed in a cleaning liquid B stored in a treatment tank 2 to remove the pesticide Z remaining in the crop A. Ultrasonic vibration of the optimal frequency (for example, approximately 28 Khz) for separation is oscillated from the ultrasonic vibrators 3, and the ultrasonic vibrations oscillated by the ultrasonic vibrators 3. Nearly 90% or about 90% or more of the pesticide Z that adheres to the epidermis is reliably and efficiently separated and removed. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1
