titleOfInvention | Method for manufacturing windings of rotating electric machine |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a winding of a rotating electric machine, which can prevent occurrence of poor connection of an electric conductor. An insertion step of inserting a plurality of segments into respective slots of a stator core so as to overlap in a radial direction, and ends adjacent to ends of the segments protruding from an end face of the stator core are opposite to each other. The method includes a bending step of bending the sheet so as to be inclined in a direction, and a joining step of joining the bent ends of the adjacent segments 33 to each other. In the bending step, the contact surfaces 420 and 422 inclined with respect to the circumferential direction of the stator core, and the side wall portions 424 for restraining the radial movement of the inner diameter side surface and the outer diameter side surface of the end portion of the segment 33. , 426 using a rotary jig 240 or the like.
