abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a silica-based composition suitable for a protective film which does not crack even when a stress is generated in the protective film due to polymerization shrinkage or mold release, a resin molded article having the protective film, and a method for producing the same. A hydrolyzate of a trifunctional organosilane, a hydrolyzate of a silane coupling agent having a double bond group in a molecule, a hydrolyzate of a bifunctional organosilane, and colloidal silica are provided. It is a silica-based composition. In addition, a (meth) acrylic resin molded article in which at least a part of the surface is coated with a protective coating obtained by heating and curing the silica-based composition is provided. In addition, the silica-based composition is applied to at least a part of the inner surface of the mold, and heat-cured to form a protective film. Then, a (meth) acrylic resin-molded material is injected into the mold and polymerized. Manufacturing method. [Selection diagram] None |
