abstract | Even if a desired pattern is formed by screen printing using a large screen plate, particularly a desired pattern in a plurality of sections divided by linear joints, the screen is printed in a printing direction in which a load is applied by a squeegee during printing. An object of the present invention is to provide a method of manufacturing a decorative board on which a pattern and joint portions having a desired shape are printed even when a plate is curved. In a method of manufacturing a decorative board, a base plate is coated with an undercoat, and a desired pattern is formed on the undercoat by using an ink composition by screen printing. In consideration of the fact that the screen plate is curved in the printing direction in which a load is applied by the squeegee, a screen plate having a pattern in which the distance corresponding to the curvature is curved in the direction opposite to the printing direction is used.
