titleOfInvention | Photothermographic material and image forming method |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a photothermographic material and an image forming method having high sensitivity and excellent raw storage stability. In a photothermographic material containing a photosensitive silver halide, a non-photosensitive organic silver salt, a reducing agent and a binder on the same surface of a support, at least one of the reducing agents is represented by the following general formula (R2). A photothermographic material comprising at least one development accelerator and a compound represented by formula (1): (In the general formula (R2), R 1 and R 1 ′ each independently represents an alkyl group having 1 to 20 carbon atoms. R 2 and R 2 ′ are each independently a substituent capable of substituting for a hydrogen atom or a benzene ring. R 3 represents an alkenyl group or an alkyl group having an unsaturated bond, and X and X ′ each independently represent a hydrogen atom or a group that can be substituted on a benzene ring.
