【Task】 Provided is an antifouling film that can maintain light transmittance for a long period of time and has excellent antifouling properties against all kinds of fouling substances floating in a use environment. [Solution] An antifouling film having a layer formed by applying a liquid containing an inorganic colloid to both surfaces of a thermoplastic resin layer, wherein at least one of the thermoplastic resin layers is an ethylene / α-olefin copolymer or a hindered amine-based film. A layer containing 0.01 to 3% by weight of a compound, 0.1 to 4% by weight of a surfactant and an inorganic filler, wherein a layer formed by applying a liquid containing an inorganic colloid is the outermost layer.
