Disclosed is a thermoplastic polyester resin composition having excellent mechanical properties and heat resistance and excellent flame retardancy without requiring the use of an antimony compound. SOLUTION: To 100 parts by mass of a polybutylene terephthalate resin, 0.1 to 50 parts by mass of a phosphate glass, 1 to 50 parts by mass of a flame retardant containing a halogen atom, and phosphorus-based flames other than phosphate glass It contains 1-50 parts by mass of a flame retardant, 1-50 parts by mass of a nitrogen-containing flame retardant, and 0.05-2 parts by mass of an anti-drip agent, so that it has good mechanical properties and heat resistance and requires the use of an antimony compound.
