abstract |
[Object] To provide an anti-stress agent having a cortisol secretion inhibitory action and safe even if taken for a long time. The present invention is an anti-stress agent characterized by containing a black Ganoderma lucidum extract. As the anti-stress agent of the present invention, an extract such as water, ethyl alcohol, or a mixed solvent thereof can be used as the black stress extract of the anti-stress agent. The anti-stress agent of the present invention suppresses cortisol secretion due to stress, and is therefore useful for preventing and improving various diseases related to stress. |
