abstract The present invention provides a photosensitive glass paste method for directly exposing a glass paste surface having irregularities when forming a high-definition partition wall. (Exposure margin) was narrow. The method includes forming a photosensitive paste coating film composed of an organic component and inorganic particles on a substrate, followed by curing, a step of forming a transparent coating film on the coating film, and a mask having a predetermined opening pattern. After passing through the step of exposing the photosensitive paste coating film from above the transparent coating film, the barrier ribs are formed by simultaneously removing the photosensitive paste coating film and the transparent coating film by development.
