abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To control a surface resistance value of a support used for parts of an image forming apparatus or the like within a specific range of a semiconductor region. SOLUTION: A composition for forming an antistatic film comprising a π-electron conjugated conductive polymer, a resin component and a solvent is used, and the composition is applied or sprayed onto a support or in the composition. After the support is immersed in the substrate, the solvent is removed to form a surface. Further, the present invention provides an antistatic film having a surface resistance of 1 × 10 9 to 1 × 10 13 Ω / □, and a support having the film. Preferably, the resin component is selected from at least one of polyurethane, polyester, acrylic resin, polyamide, epoxy resin, alkyd resin, phenol resin, and polysiloxane.
