titleOfInvention Method for producing modified filtrate and modified filtrate obtained by the method
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a substitute for wood vinegar liquid which does not contain sedimentable tar. SOLUTION: A reforming step in which crushed woody biomass is reformed under a pressure condition of 380 ° C. or less and a saturated steam pressure or more in the presence of water, and a reforming reaction product obtained in the reforming step is solidified. A method for producing a modified filtrate, comprising: a separation step of separating a liquid component obtained from the liquid component into a component and a liquid component; and collecting the liquid component obtained in the separation step as a modified filtrate. Containing substantially no sedimentable tar, the concentration ratio of phenols to acetic acid is 0.1 or more, the concentration ratio of lactic acid is 0.01 to 1.0, and the concentration ratio of glycolic acid is 0.01 to 2; 1.0.
