abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a thermoplastic resin composition which is excellent in transparency, chemical resistance and color tone stability. SOLUTION: An aromatic vinyl monomer (a1), an unsaturated carboxylic acid alkyl ester monomer (a2), a vinyl cyanide monomer (a3) and other single monomers copolymerizable therewith. A vinyl copolymer (A) obtained by polymerizing a vinyl monomer mixture (a) containing a polymer (a4) is added to one or more vinyl monomers in the presence of a rubbery polymer (b). The polyamide resin (C), the aromatic vinyl monomer (d1), and the polyamide resin (C), based on the weight of the resin composition in which the graft copolymer (B) obtained by graft polymerization of the polymer (e) is dispersed.
