An object of the present invention is to provide a biosensor in which a biomolecule such as an enzyme is immobilized on a base material such as carbon using a polymer compound having a maleimide group in a side chain. The surface of a carbon electrode having a large number of reactive residues is modified with an amino group using APTES, and the amino group reacts with a part of a maleimide group on a side chain of polymaleimide styrene (PMS). Then, the surface of the carbon electrode is modified with PMS, and the enzyme is immobilized using the remaining maleimide group in the side chain of PMS. [Selection diagram] FIG. |
