titleOfInvention | Pulp container and method for producing the same |
abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a container having a pulp layer, which is excellent in water resistance and oil resistance by forming a skin layer composed of a resin coating on a pulp layer serving as a core of the container. Needless to say, the present invention provides a pulp container excellent in appearance and hygiene without pulp fiber fluffing on the surface, and its production. A pulp container is formed by compressing a pulp sheet obtained by forming pulp fibers and integrally forming a storage portion formed by a bottom wall and a peripheral side wall, and a flange at an opening end thereof. It is composed of a pulp layer 6 serving as a core of the container. A skin layer 7 made of a resin coating is formed on the entire surface of the pulp layer 6 serving as the core of the container. The pulp fibers constituting the pulp layer 6 serving as the core of the container are made of a non-wood or pulp raw material. The resin constituting the skin layer 7 on the pulp layer 6 serving as the core of the container is a biodegradable resin. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
