abstract | A resin roller molding method in which a resin is injected into a mold while the molding die is held substantially horizontally, wherein a resin injection port is located below a center line of a roller core and a resin discharge port is located above a roller center line. However, there is a problem that unevenness defects due to air appear on the roller surface and the end surface. A molding die comprising a cylindrical mold and a pair of core holding members attached to both ends so as to hold a core, and the molding die is held substantially horizontally. In a state where at least the resin outlet 10 is held below the center line of the roller core, a resin material is injected from the resin inlet 5 and the resin material is discharged from the resin outlet 10.
