titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of powder blasted product |
abstract | [PROBLEMS] A powder-blasted product that can provide a pattern with a high aspect ratio to a workpiece by controlling a processing shape in a depth direction even when a mask material having low wear resistance is used. And a method for producing the same. A fine pattern is formed on the mask material by producing a powder blast laminate comprising a work material and a mask material, and irradiating the powder blast laminate with laser light from the mask material side according to a desired pattern. Forming the mask material and heating the mask material at a temperature equal to or higher than the Tan δ peak temperature in the dynamic viscoelasticity of the polyurethane resin composition constituting the mask material, while applying the powder blast laminate from the mask material side. A method of manufacturing a powder-blasted product, comprising: forming a fine pattern along the fine pattern on the workpiece by colliding the blast material, and removing the mask material.
