titleOfInvention Yeast cell residue treatment method and animal feed obtained thereby
abstract [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for converting a yeast cell residue into a useful nutrient with higher added value by using a specific microorganism and effectively utilizing the same. The present invention uses a yeast cell residue having a sodium chloride concentration of at least 0.6% by mass as a nutrient medium, and inoculates and cultivates a microorganism of the genus Labyrinthula into the nutrient medium. The yeast cell residue is treated by producing an organic material. [Selection diagram] None
