abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a micromixer capable of improving the mixing efficiency of a plurality of fluids in a micro area. A micromixer formed in a plate-like substrate, wherein a mixer section (7a) for mixing a plurality of fluids is continuously formed in a direction along a main surface of the plate-like substrate (hereinafter, a main surface direction). Here, the mixer section 7a includes an inflow path 20 for inflow of a plurality of fluids, and a plurality of inflow paths that branch from a downstream end of the inflow path 20 and are formed along the main surface direction to change a traveling direction of the fluid. The multi-stage flow path 26 is connected to the plurality of multi-stage flow passages 26, and the flow passage width is larger than the flow width of each of the plurality of multi-stage flow passages 26. It includes a connecting path 28 for collision, and an inflow path 20 of the next mixer section 7a for the fluid colliding in the connecting path 28 or an outflow path 30 for outflow of the mixed fluid.
