abstract | An object of the present invention is to accurately predict a condensation rate when cooling a vapor of metallic zinc or the like and recovering it as liquid zinc, thereby reducing the labor and cost for the condensation rate prediction. Kind Code: A1 A metal and an atmosphere gas are selected, and an ordinary differential equation having parameters of a flow rate of the atmosphere gas, a mole fraction of the metal and a component of the atmosphere gas, and a condensation rate and an oxidation rate, respectively, is calculated. The condensation rate of the metal vapor is calculated by specifying the velocity. According to the present invention, it is possible to predict the condensation rate with high accuracy without performing an experiment or manufacturing an actual device. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
