titleOfInvention | Cleaning blade member |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cleaning blade member having ultra-low rebound resilience, excellent mechanical strength, and low rubber hardness temperature dependency. SOLUTION: This cleaning blade member is used for a cleaning unit for removing toner on a toner adhering body, and has a molecular weight of 1500 to 1500 obtained by dehydration condensation of a diol having 6 or 9 carbon atoms with adipic acid or sebacic acid. Reacting a 3800 polyester polyol with a polyisocyanate together with a crosslinking agent containing at least one of propanediol and butanediol and at least one of trimethylolethane and trimethylolpropane as a main component and containing at least 25% by weight of a trifunctional polyol. The polyurethane has a rebound resilience Rb T25 at 25 ° C. of 35 or less and a rebound resilience Rb T50 at 50 ° C. of 60 or less, and has a hardness Hs at 10 ° C. and 50 ° C. of the polyurethane. Hs T respectively Assuming that Hs is 10 and Hs T50 , ΔHs represented by the following equation is 3 ° or less. [Equation 1] ΔHs (°) = Hs T10 −Hs T50 [Selection diagram] None |
