titleOfInvention Method for producing 2,5-diarylaminoterephthalic acids
abstract An object of the present invention is to provide a method for producing various 2,5-diarylaminoterephthalic acids which is excellent in both yield and purity by using a solvent having no environmental toxicity. A water-monoalcohol mixture of dialkyl 2,5-diarylamino-3,6-dihydroterephthalates and an oxygen-containing gas are mixed in a gas-liquid state to hydrolyze and oxidize the mixture. A mixed solvent containing a monoalcohol at a water content (in terms of mass) of 38 to 48% and a content at which a part of the dialkyls is dissolved, and the 2,5-diarylamino The dialkyl 2,5-diarylamino-3,6-dihydroterephthalate accounts for 16 to 30% of the total (mass conversion) of dialkyl -3,6-dihydroterephthalate, water and monoalcohol. It is characterized in that it is used in various ways. [Selection diagram] None
