titleOfInvention | Manufacturing method of inkjet recording paper |
abstract | The present invention relates to a method for producing an ink jet recording paper having excellent gloss and excellent ink jet recording suitability. A coating solution for an undercoat layer containing a pigment and an adhesive is applied on a substrate, and dried to form at least one undercoat layer, and further a coating solution for a cast coating layer on the undercoat layer. Is applied to the heated mirror-surface drum, dried, and then released to form a cast coating layer. In the method for producing an inkjet recording paper, the coating liquid for the cast coating layer is amorphous. The average particle diameter of primary particles obtained by dispersing and pulverizing a mixture of porous silica and a cationic compound by mechanical means is 3 nm or more and 40 nm or less, and the average particle diameter of secondary particles is 10 nm or more and 400 nm or less. A method for producing an ink jet recording paper, comprising a mixture of fine silica particles and a cationic compound. [Selection diagram] None |
