abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide manufacturing conditions of an RTM method suitable for manufacturing a fiber-reinforced composite material having a high volume fraction of reinforcing fibers and excellent in impact resistance, particularly in compressive strength after impact. SOLUTION: A reinforcing fiber base material and a binder made of a thermoplastic resin are arranged alternately in a mold maintained at a temperature Tm selected from a range of 60 to 90 ° C., and thereafter, a liquid thermosetting resin is added. A method of molding a fiber-reinforced composite material, comprising injecting and curing, wherein a binder and a liquid thermosetting resin used satisfy the following condition (A). Condition (A): When 70 parts by weight of the binder and 30 parts by weight of the liquid thermosetting resin are mixed and held at the temperature Tm, the binder is not completely dissolved until the liquid curable resin gels.
