abstract | Provided is an ultrasonic image processing apparatus capable of easily performing an apparatus setting operation and accurately extracting a lumen region. A representative point setting unit sets a representative point based on a specific position set in the left ventricle of the heart in a specific position setting unit. The filling processing unit 22 performs a filling process using the representative point as a starting point, thereby extracting a lumen pixel set which is a set of a plurality of cavity pixels including the representative point and existing in the region surrounded by the myocardium. The lumen region extraction unit 24 replaces each of the real pixels surrounded and isolated by the lumen pixel set with the lumen pixel, thereby obtaining the replaced cavity pixel and the plurality of cavity pixels belonging to the lumen pixel set. Is extracted as a lumen region. [Selection diagram] Fig. 1 |
