Method for manufacturing solid electrolytic capacitor |
abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor having a high capacity extraction rate and less deterioration even under high temperature and high humidity. When manufacturing a solid electrolytic capacitor in which a dielectric oxide film layer 2, a solid electrolyte layer 3, and a cathode layer are sequentially laminated on the surface of an anode body made of a valve metal, the solid electrolyte layer 3 is made of water. And a polymerizable monomer and at least a naphthalenesulfonic acid derivative represented by the following formula (1) and sulfuric acid. The molar concentration ratio of the naphthalenesulfonic acid derivative represented by the formula (1) to sulfuric acid is 50: 1 to 1 A solid electrolytic capacitor having an excellent capacity extraction ratio can be obtained by electrolytically polymerizing with a polymerization solution having a ratio of 4: 1 and a surface tension of 70 × 10 −3 N / m or less.
