abstract |
An object of the present invention is to provide a semiconductive seamless belt which suppresses agglomeration of a conductive filler and has good flexibility. A semi-conductive polyamide prepared by dispersing a conductive filler in an organic polar solvent in the presence of a polymer dispersant and mixing with or polymerizing with polyamic acid in a dispersion liquid. A step of adding a predetermined amount of an imidization catalyst and a dehydrating agent to an amic acid to an acid solution, mixing and stirring to obtain a uniform solution, and applying the mixture in a cylindrical mold and rotating and forming the same. A step of forming a polyamic acid coating film having a large thickness, a step of uniformly gelling the coating film, and a step of heating at a temperature and for a time sufficient to completely convert the polyamic acid to polyimide.
