abstract | An object of the present invention is to provide a vinyl chloride resin sound insulating material such as a film, which has sound insulating performance and can be processed by a high frequency welder. SOLUTION: (1) A vinyl chloride resin-made sound insulating material obtained by blending the following (a) and (b) with 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, (A) 15-100 parts by weight of a plasticizer, (B) at least 50 to 400 parts by weight of barium-ferrite or nickel-copper-ferrite and (2) 100 parts by weight of a vinyl chloride resin, (c) 0.1 to 10 parts by weight of a coupling agent, The sound insulating material according to (1), wherein 0.1 to 30 parts by weight of an acrylic processing aid is blended.
